XER, a radio station, helps the citizens. Its helicopters fly over the citiy and report on traffic conditions.

Reporter: This is Overview 5.We are flying over the southem zone. The traffic along Insurgentes is flowing. Wait a minute! Something is happening down there... Three men are jumping out of a black car, a Shadow. They are carrying machine guns! Now, they are entering the bank. It's a robbery! Call the police! Graphics
Right now two men, carrying some bags, are coming out of the bank They are getting into the black car. A third man is coming out. His machine gun is in plain sight. He's holding a girl by the arm. She is screaming and now...
What's that? Oh, oh! An old lady is between the armed thief and the car... Careful lady.. Wow! She's swinging her heavy bag and hitting the thief. She's knocking him out. The gun is flying through the air. The Shadow is driving away. Now the police are arriving. They are taking over. I'm following the black Shadow. Out. Graphics
